Document Retrieval Directions:
The St. Johns County School District plans to launch a new online application system (replacing the current "JOBS" program) in the month of March. Please click here for more information.
If you would like to extract documents from your JOBS applications, a posting named "DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL FOR NEW SYSTEM', listed under Human Resources, is now active. Please follow the directions below to begin the extraction process or click here to view images:
- Select the DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL POSTING
- Click - Apply for this Position (upper right of screen)
- Click - Save and Continue to Application (bottom right of screen)
- Look at each question - If there is a "paper clip" next to the upload box, this means there is a document(s) available to open and save to your desktop
- Logout - Once you have completed the task
All applicants: There are inconsistencies with the sending and receiving of eReferences. Please know that our Hiring Authorities are awareof this problem and will call references where possible.
Instructional applicants: There may be inconsistencies with the statuses of applications on the applicant profile (e.g. verified versus not qualified). If your certification areas matches the requirements of the job postings, please be assured that you will be visible to the Hiring Authorities.
Current Employees: Current SJCSD employees must login using their employee ID (e00----) and Windows password.
Current Substitutes: Current Substitute Teachers will not be required to register. Please contact the IT Help Desk at (904) 547-4357 during normal business hours to obtain your username and password.
